Hsinchu is to Taiwan what Silicon Valley is to California. I&#8217;m pretty excited!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>(July 1 2024) Well, Hsinchu and Taipei are beautiful cities in Taiwan, clean and busy cities full of very polite people who give right-of-way to each other whether walking, biking, motorscootering, driving a car, taxi, bus or truck, or riding the modern subway trains.
